How it works

1. Paste a product link on the Shop page. No sign-up needed to start; we ask for your name and WhatsApp number when you request the quote, and that creates your account with a suite code like SO-0042.
2. Shop as normal on Shein, Takealot, Amazon or any South African store, in your own browser. Nothing to install, no store login needed.
3. Build your cart here. Paste each product link into your cart and choose size, colour and quantity. On Android you can also tap Share on the product page and pick Shop Online. Or send the links to our WhatsApp and we add them for you.
4. Get your quote. We price everything and send one total in US dollars: item cost, our service fee, freight to Harare and import duty. You see the breakdown before you pay.
5. Pay locally. EcoCash to our number, or cash to our Harare agent. Upload the proof of payment on your order page or send it on WhatsApp.
6. We buy and ship. We place the order, receive it at our Cape Town address, and dispatch to Harare on the next Monday, Thursday, Saturday (cut-off 17:00 the day before).
7. Collect or get it delivered. Free pickup at Harare CBD pickup point (to confirm), or door delivery in Harare for US$5.00.
