Pricing
Buy-for-me orders
Your quote is the sum of four lines, all shown before you pay:
- Item cost
- The store's price in rand, converted to US dollars at the rate shown on your quote.
- Service fee
- 15% of the item cost (minimum US$3).
- Freight
- Cape Town to Harare, by weight. Small parcels start at a few dollars; we quote the exact amount.
- Duty
- Zimbabwe import duty and VAT, estimated per item category. Clothing attracts the highest duty. Shown as a line so there is nothing extra to pay on arrival.
Use-our-address orders
If you shop with your own card and ship to our Cape Town address, you pay freight only, plus duty, quoted when your parcel arrives and is weighed.
